It’s Over Our Heads

The roof is coming into place quickly. We will have the entire structure closed off – including a living roof covered with soil and straw – hopefully by today. Through major catastrophe – a part of the wall collapsing because the bricks haven’t cured properly in the freezing weather – we still managed to get the job done. We put in a few supporting posts by the CEB wall – and the structure is sound. Here is the process of mounting the 32 foot long trusses on the CEB wall:

    first, wanted to say congrats on your accimplisments!

    i was wondering though how confident you are about the stability of the structure? if one wall fell in, it seemes like another could fall to. with that roof on there it could be a huge liability. any ideas on getting it inspected?
